How many chairs do you need? A good rule of thumb is one chair per guest plus 10 percent extra for buffer. For a graduation party with 60 guests order 66 chairs. For a wedding with 100 guests order 110.
If you are having a buffet style event you may need fewer chairs than a seated dinner. If you are having a ceremony followed by a reception you may need chairs for both setups. Our team can help you work through the numbers when you request your quote.

For the ceremony they typically use white folding chairs arranged in rows on each side of the aisle. For the reception they switch to padded resin or wood chairs arranged around round tables for a more formal seated dinner feel. We can deliver both styles in one trip and set them up in both locations so you never have to move a chair yourself.
If your ceremony and reception are in the same space we can flip the room between the two setups. Our crew handles the transition so your guests arrive to a ceremony space and return from cocktail hour to a completely different reception layout.
