We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for peak season (May–August). For weddings and large events, 4–8 weeks is ideal. That said, we often have same-week availability for smaller setups — just call us and we’ll do our best to make it work.
Yes — every tent rental includes professional delivery, full setup by our crew, and takedown after your event. You don’t lift a finger. A delivery fee may apply based on your distance from Noblesville.
A general rule: plan for 10–12 sq ft per seated guest with round tables, or 8 sq ft per person for banquet-style seating. For example, 50 guests seated at round tables = roughly a 20×30 tent. Yes — we deliver across all of Hamilton County including Noblesville, Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Cicero, Sheridan, Arcadia, and Atlanta. We also serve the North Indianapolis area including Nora, Lawrence, Geist, McCordsville, Fortville, and Pendleton. For extended areas like Kokomo, Lebanon, and Anderson, delivery minimums may apply.
Our frame tents are built to handle Indiana weather — wind, rain, and heat. For extra protection, we offer sidewalls that can be added to any tent to fully enclose your space. We also offer fans for hot summer days. We monitor weather leading up to your event and will communicate with you if any adjustments are needed.
Absolutely — we offer a full range of tables (60” round, 8ft and 6ft banquet, cocktail), chairs, and table linens in multiple colors and sizes. Most customers bundle everything into one order for a stress-free setup. Just add what you need when you get a quote and we’ll deliver it all at once.
You’ll need the tent footprint plus about 5–6 feet of clearance on each side for staking. So a 20×30 tent needs roughly a 30×40 clear area. Call 811 (Indiana’s free dig-safe line) at least 3 business days before your event to mark underground utilities. Not sure if your yard is big enough? Send us a photo and we’ll let you know.
Cancellations made 14+ days before your event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7–13 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but we’re happy to apply your payment as a credit toward a future booking. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
Yes — we offer globe lights, bistro strand lighting, sidewalls, and fans as add-ons for any tent rental. Lighting transforms an evening event and is especially popular for weddings and graduation parties. Add any upgrades directly to your quote request and we’ll include everything in one delivery.
Our largest tent is the 30×60 Frame Tent — 1,800 square feet of fully open covered space with no center poles. It comfortably seats 130–150 guests and can accommodate round tables, banquet tables, a dance floor, buffet lines, and more. Perfect for large weddings, corporate events, and festivals.
Yes — our frame tents can be installed on grass, concrete, asphalt, and most hard surfaces using weighted anchor bags instead of ground stakes. Decks are evaluated case by case. Let us know your surface type when you request a quote so we can plan the right setup for your space.
